International Speedway’s One Daytona Project, a massive retail, dining and entertainment complex opposite Daytona International Speedway is one step closer to reality with selection of it’s general contractor.
The $150 million destination will include a 67,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops, a 12-screen Cobb Theatres, a 144-room Daytona hotel and a 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel. The complex will also include a 276-unit residential community, and several restaurants and shops. P.F. Chang’s, Kilwins, Guitar Center, Tervis, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, and more.
One Daytona will feature Victory Circle, an outdoor gathering space inspired by the nearby Daytona International Speedway.
One Daytona is scheduled to open in fall 2017.
