New Outlet Mall Proposed for Daytona Beach at I-95

The Daytona Beach Planning Board will consider a request for a land use amendment and zoning change that would make way for a Tanger Factory Outlet mall on 39 acres of land at Interstate 95, exit 265 and LPGA Boulevard.

Tanger’s proposed outlet would consist of 10 buildings and 380,000 square feet of retail space. That I-95 exit location is particularly attractive because of its high visibility along the Interstate highway as well as the lack of similar retail opportunities between the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area and Orlando.

Tanger is a North Carolina outlet mall developer headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina. Tanger’s portfolio of outlet centers has continued to expand and today includes 44 outlet centers in 26 states coast to coast and in Canada.
