Euro Bistro is a new restaurant located in downtown Celebration. Tapas, very popular in Spain, are smaller servings that allow you to select a couple different items to snack on or combine a few to make a full meal. Knowing that, we stopped by recently for a quick bite.
The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was very friendly. They also have live entertainment most weekends. The food was fine, portions were a bit small and the prices were a little high for what you get… but this is Celebration, and everything’s a little overpriced here. We had the Salmon and Cheese Roll with Grilled Rustic Bread and Truffle Oil ($9) and the Beef Empanadas ($8). Both were delicious but again, these are “snacks” and not full meals.
We’ll give them a another try before we decide to make this a regular stop.
