The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following lane closures on Interstate 4 in the DeBary/Deltona area next week:
Sunday, June 19 to Thursday, June 23 motorists can expect I-4 eastbound and westbound lane closures as follows:
- 7:30 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., I-4 single westbound lane closures possible between the St. John’s River Bridge and Saxon Boulevard.
- 7:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., I-4 eastbound single lane closures possible between the St. John’s River Bridge and Saxon Boulevard.
- 10:30 p.m. – 5:30 a.m., I-4 eastbound and westbound double lane closures possible between the St. John’s River Bridge and Saxon Boulevard.
This project involves milling and repaving the existing roadway from St. Johns River Bridge to west of Saxon Boulevard. The project also involves milling and resurfacing the ramps at Exit 108 (DeBary / Deltona), shoulder and drainage improvements, and improvements to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure.
