The status of Florida’s Coronavirus restrictions continues to change. We continue to monitor developments in regard to COVID-19 in Florida and will report them on this website.

Vacation Rentals
The statewide ban on new reservations or bookings of short-term vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) remains in place. This does not apply to hotels, motels, inns, resorts or time share projects. Please contact the property directly if you have questions about a reservation.
Bars, Pubs and Nightclubs
While on-site consumption of alcohol is suspended in Florida, many pubs and craft breweries are offering to-go sales.
Restaurant and Retail Businesses
The Phase 1 reopening of Florida allows restaurants to re-open with full outdoor seating and 25% of their indoor seating. On-site sale and retail businesses are allowed to operate at 25% occupancy. CDC social distancing guidelines must be followed. Many restaurants also offer take-out, with curbside and/or delivery service, too. Check directly with the restaurant for details.
Beaches
The status of Florida’s beaches varies depending on location. With a few exceptions most Florida beaches are open and include restrictions. South Florida is the exception to the rule as many beaches in Broward and Miami-Dade are closed.
Theme Parks and Attractions
All major theme parks including Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Legoland and Busch Gardens remain closed. However, as of this date parks are beginning to plan for limited openings but no firm dates have been set. Some attractions, like Disney Springs have announced opening dates.
State Parks
Some Florida State Parks have reopened with limitations. For more information go to www.floridastateparks.org
