The Florida Department of Transportation is reporting the following construction alerts associated with the I-4 Orlando Ultimate construction project currently in progress in the Orlando Metro area.
Important Notice
Major detours for the week of Sept. 13 includes one rolling road block, two nighttime ramp closures, two overnight road closures, one daytime road closure, one long-term road closure and one permanent road closure.
– Rolling roadblock on eastbound I-4 from Par Street to Lee Road; Sept. 17 between 2 and 5 a.m.
– Eastbound I-4 entrance ramp from Princeton Street; Sept. 13-18 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
– Eastbound I-4 exit ramp to Par Street; Sept. 13-18 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
– Tampa Avenue closed from Long Street to SR-408; Sept. 8-Oct. 2 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
– Rio Grande Drive closed from Carter Street to Long Street under SR-408; Sept. 13-18 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
– Westmoreland Drive closed from Carter Street to Long Street under SR-408; Sept. 8-Oct. 2 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Cornell Avenue from Ivanhoe Boulevard to Princeton Street closed long term on Aug. 30.
– Pembrook Drive at Keller Road closed permanently on Aug. 31.
