The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that a temporary closure of the southbound I-275 ramp (Exit 45B) to eastbound I-4 is occurring from 11:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 4 to 5:00 a.m., Thursday, September 5, weather permitting.

Motorists will have to detour around the work zone by continuing south on I-275, exiting the interstate using Exit 45A (Jefferson Street), keeping left at the fork toward Downtown East, turning left onto Scott Street, and re-entering the interstate using the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp. Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area.

This ramp closure is necessary for crews to perform construction activities as part of the I-275 Capacity Improvements project.
