The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following traffic impacts on Interstate 4. This project involves milling and repaving the existing roadway from St. Johns River Bridge to west of Saxon Boulevard. The project also involves milling and resurfacing the ramps at Exit 108 (DeBary / Deltona), shoulder and drainage improvements, and improvements to the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure.
Lane Closures
Thru Saturday, August 27th, 2016
- Ramp Closure: Monday – Tuesday, 11 p.m. – 5 a.m., I-4 westbound exit ramp to Dirksen Drive/DeBary Road will be closed. Traffic will be detoured to exit at Saxon Boulevard (Exit 111) westbound and proceed to Enterprise Road. Turn left onto Enterprise round and continue to DeBary Avenue/Dirksen Drive.
- Ramp Closure: Wednesday – Thursday, 11 p.m. – 5 a.m., Dirksen Drive on ramp to I-4 westbound will be closed. Traffic will be directed to continue west on Dirksen Drive to US 17/92. Turn left onto US 17/92 and proceed to I-4 westbound.
- Sunday – Thursday, 7:30 p.m. – 6 a.m., I-4 westbound single and double lane closures from Dirksen Drive to St. John’s River Bridge for milling and paving.
- Sunday – Thursday, 7:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., I-4 eastbound single and double lane closures between the St. John’s River Bridge and Dirksen Drive ramp for milling and paving.
