The Florida Department of Transportation reports that an almost 2-mile stretch of westbound Interstate 4 (I-4) between John Young Parkway and Radebaugh Way in Orlando is shifting to a temporary configuration adjacent to the old roadway the morning of Friday, July 13.
The shift is necessary to make room to build the new, permanent westbound I-4 travel lanes.
Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work zone.
